When you love what you do, it shows! “Your wedding day happens only once, and is full of the love that you share and have for each other. Whether it is an elopement, small family or large event, “let my love for the craft of photography, and attention to detail help you remember that day for a lifetime! I will capture your wedding moments in a creative, contemporary style that doesn’t interrupt the flow of your day. Your wedding will be documented with the vivid, lasting images you’ve always dreamed of. The photographs will capture the real story in spontaneous, peak moments, and in special, important details. So in addition to the customary photographs of the wedding party and family, there will also be a natural, emotional story of your wedding day.”
The wedding music will fade, the flowers will die and you won’t even remember if you ate, let alone what you ate, at the reception. But the wedding pictures last forever. From the first step on the beach to the cutting of the cake, I weave through the day creating lasting images of fleeting moments. Balancing an eye for intimacy with photojournalistic sensibilities, my style and approach bring a unique addition to wedding photography.
With the beautiful gulf beaches beaches as a backdrop, Lisa will create an incredible family portrait in a relaxed setting that you will cherish for years to come. Using the latest in digital imaging, she will photograph a variety of poses- in the dunes where poses are more traditional and down by the water’s edge for a more candid approach. She can also accommodate special requests and will take the time needed for infants and small children.
Imagine seeing portraits of your family as they really are… laughing, interacting, being themselves… you might see the image of your husband tenderly kissing his little girl’s forehead, or even a shocking moment in which your two little boys just want to get wet in the ocean or give each other a brotherly hug!” That is why I take time to bond with those I’m photographing… to get to know them and to get them to relax and start being themselves. Whether you prefer a more classic portrait, or editorial-style image or a whimsical expression, I will give you portraits that beautifully capture the real person… portraits that make you smile and say, “that’s so them.”
